HeartGift’s Memorial/Tribute Program gives you the opportunity to remember special individuals with a memorial or tribute gift. Giving to HeartGift in honor of or in memory of someone who has touched your life is a wonderful way to say “thank you,” or to provide a lasting memory of their impact on your life. Your donation will help HeartGift fulfill its mission of providing life-saving heart surgery to children from around the world.
With your special gift, an acknowledgment will be sent to the family of the person you memorialize and/or to the person you have honored. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed. Please include where you’d like the acknowledgment sent in the Notes section of the donation form.
