Morgan – Age 3 – Uganda

Morgan was three months old when his mother, Mariam, noticed his labored breathing. Doctors diagnosed him with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD),

or a hole between the bottom two chambers of his heart. When he arrived in Houston, the beautiful child did not engage much in physical activities. Open-heart surgery successfully closed the hole, and Morgan is moving and grooving now, and headed home to Uganda to start his new, healthy life.
